Negotiating Your Salary

I've often heard that women don't negotiate their salary or tend to under sell their value, receiving lower salaries in the process and setting themselves up for a chain reaction of getting less salary than might have been possible through a negotiation process.

I've come across a few articles about salary negotiation that are too interesting/important to not pass along to y'all. In fact, it's a big enough topic for another Rhodes Women event (perhaps for next school year...)
