Blog access

We'll need to decide who can read and who can post to the blog, should it appear that the blogging becomes useful.  All interested Rhodes women should have posting privileges, but what do people think about reading access?  We can change the settings to be as private as we'd like, or we can just leave it public but not publicize the address so that only people who are told about it will know it exists.  Thoughts?
