Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook, has been in a bit of hot water recently, given the tone of some of her latest speeches. Here's a link to her speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, where she suggested that women who want to succeed in the business world need to get over being 'likeable.'
Here's a further link to an interesting interpretation of that speech (from Slate's XX Factor blog), with a more favourable view of Sandberg.
Anyone have any thoughts on her speech?
