Oxford-based online feminist magazine recruiting staff

For anyone interested in writing/editing experience:

Agendered online magazine www.agendered.com  is recruiting a new team of staff to take the blog, calendar and magazine forward. Based in Oxford, the blog and calendar follow contemporary issues from a 'feministy'  slant, while in-depth analysis and commentary are published in the magazine, which has themed editions. We’ve had a bit of a hiatus but have a great history to build upon http://www.agendered.com/category/articles - articles by academics, journalists and undergrads on everything from bisexuality to James Bond, virginity to Viagra. Can you ‘revitalise’ Agendered and make us bigger and better than ever before? We need a great team to make this all happen!
For the blog and calendar we’re looking for a blog editor, bloggers and a calendar editor
For the new edition of the magazine (theme:Masculinity), to be published Trinity ’10, we’re recruiting an overall editor, a culture/arts editor and a head of publicity.
In addition, we’re looking for artists and photographers to create artwork for all aspects of the website.
All that is necessary is lots of initiative, zeal and inspiration to make agendered grow. See http://www.agendered.com/about for more information about applying for the role of blogger or artist/photographer.
Interested? Send a pitch to Hannah at editor@agendered.com with the following info:
Which role are you applying for?
What previous experience do you have that will help you with this role?
Why would you like to work with Agendered?
What ideas do you have for your role ie. what do you see it involving and how would you expand it, if at all?
How else would you improve Agendered?
The closing date for applications is February 7th. Informal interviews/meetings will be held on February 13th.
We look forward to hearing from you!
The Agendered Team
Hannah (Editor), Ramin(Website guru) and Natasha (Design Editor)
